- 100% of your tip goes to the person who delivers your order.

1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Kwinzo ("Kwinzo", "we", "us"), a local delivery service in Allen, Texas. They apply when you use the Kwinzo app, kwinzo.com or kwinzo.app, or place an order with us (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place orders.
- You can shop as a guest or create an account. Please give accurate details, especially your phone number and delivery address, so we can reach you and deliver your order.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us right away at support@kwinzo.com if you think someone else is using it.
- You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Where and when we deliver
We deliver only to addresses inside our delivery area around our store in Allen, Texas, and only during our open hours. The app checks your address and tells you if we can deliver there. Delivery times shown in the app or on our website (for example "delivered fast" or an estimated time) are estimates, not guarantees. Orders that include printing usually take longer than other orders. We may pause new orders at busy times or when we can't deliver safely, for example in bad weather.
4. Prices, fees, tax and tips
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars in the app and may change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
- Your order may include a delivery fee and, for small orders, a small order fee. Every fee is shown before you pay.
- We charge Texas sales tax on taxable items. As Texas law requires, the delivery fee and small order fee are taxed too, in proportion to the taxable items in your order. Tips are never taxed.
- Tips are optional. 100% of your tip goes to the person who delivers your order.
- If we show the wrong price because of a mistake, we'll tell you before delivering. You can then choose to cancel for a full refund.
5. Placing and paying for an order
When you pay, you're making an offer to buy the items in your order. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't receive your full card number. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds, and the store then accepts and prepares it. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, your address is outside our area, we suspect fraud or misuse, or we can't safely complete the delivery.
6. Cancellations and refunds
- Before the store accepts your order: you can cancel it in the app for a full refund.
- After the store accepts it: your order is already being prepared, so it can't be cancelled in the app. Contact us at support@kwinzo.com and we'll do our best to help.
- If we can't fill your order: if an item is out of stock, damaged, or (for prints) can't be printed as ordered, we'll remove it and refund what you paid for it, including its share of tax and any discount. If we have to cancel the whole order, we'll refund it in full.
- Problems with a delivered order: if something is missing, wrong or damaged, email us within 48 hours with your order details (and a photo if you can). We'll make it right with a refund, a replacement or a credit.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Delivery
Please be available at your address and reachable by phone when your order arrives. If we can't reach you, we may leave the order at your door when it's safe to do so. Responsibility for the order passes to you once it's delivered. If we can't complete a delivery because the address was wrong or no one was available, we may not be able to refund perishable items.
8. Print orders
- You're responsible for the files you upload. Only upload photos and documents you own or have permission to print.
- Don't upload anything illegal, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or sexually explicit images of anyone. We may refuse to print any file, and we'll refund you for prints we don't make.
- We can't print or copy money, checks, postage stamps, military IDs, naturalization or citizenship certificates, or anything made to look like an official ID or document. We may refuse to copy any government-issued ID or official document.
- We print copies only. We don't notarize, certify or make official copies of documents, and printing isn't legal advice.
- We print your files as you uploaded them. Colors and sizes can vary slightly from what you see on screen.
- Passport and ID photos must meet the requirements of the agency you're submitting them to. We'll do our best to check them, but we can't guarantee that an agency will accept them.
- We delete uploaded files automatically after your order is complete, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Package pickup and drop-off
With the Send feature, a driver collects your packages and either hands them to a carrier (UPS, FedEx, the U.S. Postal Service or an Amazon return location) or delivers them to an address inside our delivery area.
- Limits: up to 5 packages per pickup, each sealed, up to 30 lb, no bigger than 24 × 18 × 18 inches, and worth no more than $100. For carrier drop-off, the package must already have a valid, paid label, or you upload the label or QR code for us to print.
- What you can't send: loose batteries, power banks and vapes; anything that can catch fire or explode; firearms, ammunition or weapons; drugs, prescription medicines, marijuana or THC/hemp products, alcohol, tobacco or nicotine; cash, gift cards, checks, jewelry or other valuables; animals, perishable food, plants with soil, remains, medical waste or specimens; anything illegal, stolen, counterfeit or not yours to send; and letters or documents for local delivery. Devices with their battery inside (such as a phone or laptop) may be sent through a carrier if they're switched off and the carrier allows them.
- Your declaration: before you pay, you confirm what's in your packages, that none of the items above are included, and that you packed them yourself, and you sign by typing your name. You're responsible for what you send and for any loss or harm caused by a package that doesn't match your declaration.
- Refusals: drivers never open your packages, but we may refuse a package that's unsealed, unlabeled, over the limits, leaking, damaged, or that we reasonably believe breaks these rules. We'll refund you for any package we refuse.
- Proof: the driver takes a photo when picking up and when handing over each package. You can see these photos in your order.
- Responsibility: we're responsible for your package from pickup until a carrier accepts it, or, for local delivery, until it's delivered. If it's lost or damaged while we have it, we'll pay you up to the value you declared, and no more than $100 per package. Once a carrier accepts a package, the carrier's own terms apply to its delivery, delays, loss or damage; claims go to the carrier. Report any problem within 48 hours.
- Postage: carrier postage isn't included in our price; your label must already be paid for. We never put anything in a mailbox.
10. Promotions, codes and referrals
- Offers such as free delivery on early orders, promo codes and referral rewards come with the conditions shown in the app (for example a minimum order, an expiry date, or "first order only").
- Unless stated otherwise, you can use one promo code per order, and each code once per customer. Codes have no cash value and can't be sold or exchanged.
- Referral rewards are given once your friend's first eligible order is delivered. Referring yourself, or using multiple accounts, emails, phone numbers or addresses to get an offer more than once, isn't allowed.
- We may change or end any promotion at any time, and we may cancel offers or rewards that were obtained by mistake, fraud or misuse of these terms.
11. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the Service. For example, don't break the law using it, harass our staff or delivery people, place fake or fraudulent orders, interfere with or try to gain unauthorized access to the app or our systems, or copy the Service for commercial purposes. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
12. Our content
The Kwinzo name, logo, app and website belong to Kwinzo. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. Product names and images belong to their respective owners.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will always be available, error-free or delivered within a particular time.
Products we sell may come with their manufacturers' warranties. Please check product labels for ingredients, allergens and other information before use.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Kwinzo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
15. Disputes
If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@kwinzo.com; most issues can be solved quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute that we can't resolve informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Using the Service after an update means you accept the new terms. Orders placed before an update stay under the terms in effect when you placed them.
